Lead analytics and workforce planning for a 400+ omni-channel Patient Care Coordinator organization. Design reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and WFM frameworks, build dashboards, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven performance improvements to optimize staffing, efficiency, and cost.

Lead and scale FP&A at Talkiatry: establish planning cadence, drive forecasting and variance analysis, build driver-based models, partner with functional leaders, improve reporting and processes, and lead/mentor the finance team to support growth.

Own and scale Talkiatry's paid search program across Google, Bing, and ZocDoc. Lead forecasting, budgeting, bidding, account structure, and testing. Build marginal CAC and spend-sensitivity models, run rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments, integrate downstream LTV/retention signals into bidding, and partner with Analytics, Finance, and Ops to optimize acquisition efficiency and budget allocation.
