Own high-priority clinical operations programs, including clinician onboarding, network support, automation, tooling, and new business operating models. Build dashboards, analyze performance data, troubleshoot operational issues, redesign workflows, and drive cross-functional implementation with Data, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams. Lead change management and measure improvements through faster clinician ramp-up, reduced administrative burden, and expanded patient access.

Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower-to-moderate acuity patients across the lifespan. Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, control scheduling and caseload, use telepsychiatry technology, coordinate with in-house therapists, and work with full operational support (scheduling, billing, intake, licensing). No inpatient, IOP, or crisis coverage required.

Field-based, quota-carrying role to build and grow referral partnerships with medical practices and health systems. Prospect new partners, manage and expand existing accounts, execute territory plans, lead in-office presentations and outreach, establish referral workflows, maintain CRM activity (HubSpot), and travel ~75% to drive referral growth and provider satisfaction.
