The VP of Payer Partnerships at Talkspace manages senior relationships, drives revenue growth, oversees contract negotiations, and leads strategic initiatives to enhance mental healthcare access.

Provide empathetic, accurate support for client inquiries about benefits, billing, coverage, and service issues via email/chat/phone. Resolve escalations, investigate complex cases, educate clients on self-service resources, identify trends and escalate issues, and contribute to process and knowledge-base improvements while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks.

Responsible for designing and optimizing member onboarding experience, improving activation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement in mental health services.
