Coordinates military member referrals, including TRICARE portal activity, incoming faxes, medical records coordination, and member engagement. Supports payor success through health plan inquiries, unmatched members, escalations, VIP requests, and customer support assistance. Prioritizes workflows, improves internal processes, collaborates with product teams on issue resolution, and shares client feedback and enhancement opportunities across departments.

Designs end-to-end user experiences across web, iOS, and Android, from user flows and wireframes through prototypes and production-ready files. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Brand on new features, conversion experiments, engagement, retention, and customer-facing product improvements. Contributes to the design system, supports user research and usability testing, applies accessibility and platform best practices, and presents design rationale to stakeholders.

Supports Client Success operations across coaching and client-facing programs by owning workflows, lifecycle design, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, capacity planning, SOPs, and performance tracking. Analyzes engagement and client health data to identify risks and improvement opportunities, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and prepares documentation for audits and partner reviews. Partners with Product, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and Sales to align definitions, reporting, and operational priorities.
