Teams at Tantalus Systems

Provides technical support for smart-grid customer systems, troubleshooting embedded hardware and software, communications networks, databases, Linux back ends, web interfaces, and service integrations. Responsibilities include software upgrades, patching, billing export configuration, case prioritization, field deployment support, documentation, scripting, and escalation. The role is remote within the U.S., includes occasional customer-site travel, and participates in an after-hours support rotation.
