Support the Key Accounts team across QVC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other partners. Responsibilities include completing daily and weekly tasks, reporting, account management, product information support, trainings, and cross-functional projects. The intern will develop teamwork, communication, leadership, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills while working in person in the New York City office during the fall semester.

Creates, films, edits, writes, schedules, and publishes social content for the Founder and CEO. Manages content calendars, social profiles, social commerce platforms, community engagement, trend monitoring, performance insights, and real-time event and travel content. Coordinates with internal teams and supports select administrative tasks while maintaining discretion and flexibility for evenings, weekends, onsite work, and frequent travel.

Supports U.S., Canadian, and global import/export compliance by auditing customs entries, assisting with HTS classification, maintaining trade compliance data and records, monitoring tariff exposure, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders. The role analyzes compliance risks, supports audits and regulatory inquiries, and helps improve global supply chain processes.
