Teams at Tarte Cosmetics

Manages tarte’s Amazon Premium Beauty business across operational and commercial activities. Responsibilities include growth strategy, forecasting, revenue planning, KPI management, assortment and pricing optimization, Vendor Central operations, inventory and replenishment planning, chargeback reduction, competitive analysis, brand protection, content optimization, and coordination with marketing, creative, retail operations, and demand planning teams.

Supports the Product Development team by managing cosmetic product samples, formula feedback, trackers, vendor communications, testing coordination, shipments, meeting preparation, product performance tracking, and administrative tasks. The role maintains sample and image databases, assists with timelines and launch activities, coordinates vendor presentations, and supports cross-functional product development initiatives in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Supports international sales operations by coordinating requests, product samples, shipments, purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, calendars, and trackers. Partners with sales, marketing, supply chain, and regional teams to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, resolve delays, and streamline recurring workflows. The role focuses on timely sample delivery, operational visibility, process consistency, and administrative support across international markets.
