The Director of Business Development will drive growth in the AI ecosystem through strategic partnerships, client engagement, market analysis, and collaboration, aiming to expand TaskUs's footprint in AI services.

Lead HR operations and strategy for a US remote site, partnering with business leaders to drive employee relations, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Implement HR programs, advise on policy and compliance, conduct investigations, track HR metrics, and manage special projects to support a People First culture.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of moderate-to-high complexity projects, aligning Training, Design, and Technical Writing with engineering and client goals. Drive change management, manage cross-functional dependencies, report on project KPIs, act as primary client contact, and ensure operational readiness for global support teams.
