The Director of Business Development will drive growth in the AI ecosystem through strategic partnerships, client engagement, market analysis, and collaboration, aiming to expand TaskUs's footprint in AI services.

Lead and own all aspects of a roadside assistance fleet business unit: strategy, fleet management (leases, fuel, maintenance, insurance), dispatch and scheduling, SOPs, compliance and safety, vendor management, budgeting and performance reporting, and people leadership for supervisors and drivers.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of moderate-to-high complexity projects, aligning Training, Design, and Technical Writing with engineering and client goals. Drive change management, manage cross-functional dependencies, report on project KPIs, act as primary client contact, and ensure operational readiness for global support teams.
