Senior Designer responsible for developing and executing 360-degree creative programs across packaging, merchandising, retail displays, campaigns, social content, and brand identity. Owns projects from concept through production-ready files, uses AI tools for ideation and visual exploration, prepares presentations and mockups, maintains cohesive brand systems, and guides mid-level designers and freelancers. Partners with creative, production, and project management teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Manage creative agency projects from concept through execution, including brand initiatives, product launches, packaging, campaigns, digital content, and merchandising programs. Build project plans, timelines, budgets, and approval workflows; coordinate clients, internal teams, vendors, and agency partners; identify risks; track progress; lead meetings; maintain documentation; and improve processes to ensure timely, on-budget delivery aligned with brand objectives.

Designs integrated brand experiences across packaging, merchandising, retail displays, campaigns, social, digital content, and brand identity. Develops concepts, campaign systems, artwork mechanicals, DTOs, print-ready files, mockups, and presentations. Coordinates retouching, comps, production specifications, and creative reviews while using AI tools to improve ideation and production efficiency. Collaborates with creative leadership, project management, production teams, and clients to deliver accurate work on schedule and within budget.
