Support equity research for Software & Business Services: compile and analyze market and company data, build and maintain financial and valuation models, prepare forecasts and research reports, assist senior analysts, develop client presentations, and maintain industry contacts while adhering to compliance and risk frameworks.

The Associate will manage capital markets legal agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance and serving clients with trading products. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and finalizing documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Lead Global Research strategy for technology, AI enablement, data productization, and client engagement. Partner with Technology, Sales, Legal and Compliance to prioritize platform enhancements, commercialize datasets, drive AI adoption, manage budgeting/forecasting, and deliver cross-functional programs to improve analyst productivity and client outcomes.
