Oversees project managers, defines scope and requirements, manages timelines, risks, budgets, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates technical and business teams, supports onboarding, reports project status to leadership, mentors team members, and improves project management processes and methodologies.
