Identify opportunities for automation and product impact, design and implement backend services, internal tools, and experiments, work with cloud and edge platforms, maintain reliability and observability, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and iterate on solutions with stakeholders to measure business outcomes.

Own a book of business to meet revenue goals by developing consultative, insight-driven plans that align marketing solutions with client objectives. Drive retention and upsell through proactive relationship management, performance analysis, ROI storytelling, prospecting, pipeline management, proposal development, negotiation, and client representation at events.
