Partner with executive leaders on employment branding, talent acquisition strategy, hiring plans, and pipelines. Manage recruitment events, interview processes, external channels, and search firms while serving as a company culture ambassador. The role requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, organization, communication, and adaptability in a fast-growing technology company.

Commercial Counsel will lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex SaaS, enterprise, data privacy, partnership, and other commercial agreements. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to accelerate deal execution, provide practical legal guidance, manage risk, and improve contracting processes. The counsel will also monitor legal and industry developments involving SaaS, AI, data privacy, and automotive technology.

Generates and qualifies leads through outbound outreach, manages sales pipelines and CRM activity, conducts product demonstrations, guides prospects through the sales process, builds customer relationships, meets quotas, and collaborates with marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role requires inside sales experience, SaaS or technology familiarity, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and up to 20% travel.
