Lead development and execution of learning strategy for services and partner enablement. Manage a team to build scalable onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs, align initiatives with business outcomes, define success metrics, and iterate based on data and stakeholder feedback. Represent enablement in strategic planning and partner-facing activities.

Lead cloud-based DMS onboarding and training for dealerships, configure SaaS workflows and integrations, manage implementation teams and milestones, document runbooks, mitigate risks using tools like Jira or Salesforce, collect user feedback, and drive customer adoption through intensive product certification and change management.
