Tekmetric Benefits Overview

Owns the customer journey for single-location auto repair shops from contract signing through the first six months. Responsibilities include onboarding, account setup, data migration, customer training, product adoption, usage monitoring, risk and escalation management, documentation, and collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product. Success is measured through customer activation and retention.

Onboard customers to Tekmetric’s marketing software by hosting group onboarding calls, explaining setup requirements and best practices, tracking launch readiness, resolving escalated service issues, and collaborating with sales, customer success, operations, support, and engineering. The role also gathers customer feedback to improve onboarding processes and offers opportunities for career development.

Owns Tekmetric’s product metrics program, including outcome modeling, statistical analysis, dashboards, reporting standards, and data governance. Conducts deep-dive product and customer analyses, translates findings into recommendations for product and business decisions, and enables self-service insights across teams. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Data to improve tracking, taxonomy, data quality, and analytics infrastructure. The role also trains stakeholders and communicates insights to executives and leadership.
