The Senior Software Engineer will build a large-scale data ingestion and classification system using web scraping, data processing, and search technologies, overseeing data extraction from various sources and developing search capabilities.

Lead Tier 3 technical and integrations support, build and manage senior SME teams, own enterprise escalation management, improve SLAs and diagnostics, partner with Engineering and Product to resolve root causes and drive operational efficiencies.

Own full sales cycle targeting multi-location auto repair groups and independent shops. Prospect, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, close business (target ~2 rooftops/month), partner with onboarding and customer success, influence product and marketing with field insights, and represent Tekmetric at events.
