Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, support cross-functional collaboration, improve deployment reliability, and mentor team members.

Support development, validation, and transfer of manufacturing and QC procedures for clinical-stage radiopharmaceuticals. Manage multiple external CMOs, author CMC documentation and SOPs, ensure GMP/QMS compliance, support scale-up to commercial supply, and generate protocols, validation reports, and technical support for manufacturing and QC.

Lead Development Quality for radiopharmaceutical programs from early clinical development through registration readiness. Establish QMS elements, provide GMP and regulatory oversight (IND/CTA, CTD Module 3, NDA/BLA), manage CDMO and clinical supply quality, support inspection readiness, and hire/coach a Development Quality team while partnering cross-functionally to mitigate quality risks.
