Own a named portfolio of 30–40 enterprise accounts across the US East, developing executive relationships, building pipelines, leading consultative full-cycle sales, negotiating and closing complex deals, and expanding customer workloads. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on technical discovery, proof-of-concept discipline, production deployments, forecasting, and account growth. Sell connectivity, communications, AI, and infrastructure solutions to enterprise buyers.

Embed with enterprise customers to design, build, deploy, and troubleshoot production communications systems using Telnyx APIs, AI voice, messaging, wireless, SIP, and WebRTC. Lead POCs through production launches, own customer outcomes, document solutions, resolve complex integrations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements. Travel 10–30% to customer sites for deployments, workshops, and escalations.

Own a new B2B demand generation pod focused on paid media, ABM, influencer programs, and pipeline growth. Manage campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and emerging AI ad channels; direct AI agents; control budgets; optimize performance; reconcile CRM and attribution data; coordinate with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing; and report performance to stakeholders. The role requires hands-on full-funnel media expertise, AI-agent fluency, ABM experience, and strong analytical judgment.
