Own and execute end-to-end growth strategy across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. Build the growth roadmap, align cross-functional partners, run A/B and multivariate experiments, combine qualitative and quantitative insights, improve trial-to-paid and renewals, and use AI to personalize lifecycle experiences that move ARR.

The Senior Analytics Engineer will build and maintain data foundations for corporate reporting, translating business requirements into data models, ensuring consistent metric definitions and investigating data discrepancies for reliable reporting.
