Leads investor relations advisory engagements, building client relationships and developing strategic financial communications programs. Advises clients on capital markets strategy, financial performance, disclosures, shareholder activism, market reactions, and reputation management. Provides executive-level recommendations using financial analytics, modeling, research, and strategic thinking. Directs client engagements, manages relationships with investors and analysts, and collaborates with Teneo leadership and operating divisions to deliver integrated solutions.
