Build production-grade AI and agentic systems for healthcare workflows. Responsibilities include designing data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, model deployment and monitoring systems, and scalable LLM- and vision-based applications. The role spans backend and full-stack development, AI agent orchestration, experimentation, training pipelines, and frontend integration while collaborating with ML researchers and engineering teams.

Own Tennr’s end-to-end data engineering function, building reliable pipelines from application and EHR systems into Snowflake. Lead healthcare data discovery and integration across multiple systems, establish Snowflake security and governance, develop data models, and implement monitoring and alerting. Explore AI-enabled methods for extracting insights from unstructured clinical referral documentation while collaborating with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders.

Own employee lifecycle operations, onboarding, HR systems, benefits, compliance, compensation and equity administration. Improve people processes, support performance and development programs, analyze workforce data, assist with employee relations, and partner with leaders to strengthen culture and in-office collaboration.
