Lead frontend development for a complex React app: collaborate with Product and Design, drive architecture decisions, prioritize performance and accessibility, deliver pixel-perfect UI, use AI tools for prototyping, and own projects from conception through launch in a fast-paced startup.

Own technical evaluations from demo to signature: run discovery, quantify operational pain, build tailored proofs of concept on Tennr's patient orchestration platform, deliver problem-focused demos, map current/future workflows, and partner with AEs to close deals while advising non-technical buyers.
