Coordinates promotional campaigns, discount calendars, ecommerce menu updates, vendor communications, giveaways, and staff incentives. Audits promotions for pricing and listing accuracy, supports store teams with menu fixes, manages vendor deliverables and reporting, and prepares marketing materials and meeting follow-ups. Requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with cannabis-industry experience and familiarity with ecommerce, POS, inventory, and project-management tools.

Executes CRM, SMS, and email campaigns; manages customer audiences, segmentation, data hygiene, loyalty records, and campaign reporting. Troubleshoots CRM and automation issues, supports store teams and vendors, and handles loyalty-member inquiries by phone, email, and mail. Ensures communications follow cannabis regulations, consent requirements, and brand standards while supporting retention, winback, and loyalty initiatives.
