The Talent Development Business Partner will lead talent strategies, conduct organizational analysis, and enhance talent development programs while collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners.

Create, manage, implement, and verify analog integrated-circuit layouts using CAD software. Responsibilities include floorplanning, layout design, DRC/ERC verification, manufacturing-rule compliance, design reviews, documentation, fab hand-off preparation, and design-flow automation. The intern collaborates with analog, digital, packaging, and process engineering teams to optimize semiconductor designs for precision, speed, area, reliability, power, and ESD performance.

Design, build, qualify, and support analog and embedded ICs; develop test hardware/software, debug products, optimize tests, and verify device failures. Lead cross-functional problem solving, drive cost/capacity/yield improvements, resolve customer quality issues, and liaise with fabrication and assembly sites to ensure manufacturing readiness and product performance.
