Oversee food and beverage venue operations, including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, guest service, sales goals, cash handling, reporting, events, inventory, receiving, compliance, and cost controls. Maintain service, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards while resolving guest and employee issues. The role requires hands-on support during opening, closing, and busy service periods, with occasional local travel and irregular evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.

Supports VIP hosts during nightclub operations by managing reservations and guest lists, seating guests, coordinating table transfers, communicating via radio and phone, promoting venues and events, collecting guest information, and providing attentive hospitality. Maintains an organized workstation, follows dress and conduct standards, addresses guest concerns, collaborates with departments, and works flexible evening, weekend, holiday, and extended-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Facilitates guest entry by verifying reservations, IDs, group sizes, payments, and tickets. Coordinates with promotions, VIP services, management, and security while providing professional guest service. Monitors crowds, identifies intoxicated or disorderly guests, reports incidents, supports venue safety, communicates information and directions, and maintains a professional atmosphere. Requires standing for extended periods, quick movement, lifting up to 75 pounds, and availability for irregular evening, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts.
