Analyze product and operational data to guide roadmap decisions, define metrics, evaluate experiments, uncover user friction, and build reliable dbt models, dashboards, and analytical tools. The role partners closely with Product and Operations, improves data quality and instrumentation, and translates complex findings into actionable recommendations. It requires strong SQL, Python, experimentation, data modeling, visualization, and product judgment skills.

Own and build reliable analytics data products: define metrics, create and maintain dbt models, design dashboards for growth/finance/ops, improve data quality via testing and monitoring, and enable self-serve analytics for stakeholders.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Thatch’s financial infrastructure, including its ledger, money movement, banking integrations, treasury operations, and financial products. Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to build reliable, scalable, auditable systems. Improve payment economics, evaluate card and credit opportunities, and ensure financial systems support reconciliation, reporting, regulatory requirements, and company growth.
