Lead product and brand design strategy across the company, build and develop a high-performing design team, establish creative direction, raise design quality, simplify complex healthcare experiences, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-impact work.

Own and build reliable analytics data products: define metrics, create and maintain dbt models, design dashboards for growth/finance/ops, improve data quality via testing and monitoring, and enable self-serve analytics for stakeholders.

Lead growth strategy and channel experimentation across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, podcasts, and emerging channels. Build and run tests with hypotheses and measurement plans, own agency/vendor relationships, measure pipeline/CAC/revenue, create attribution and incrementality frameworks, and scale successful programs while partnering closely with Design, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Finance.
