Provide end-to-end bookkeeping for 3-8 clients: manage A/P and A/R, reconcile bank and credit card statements, categorize expenses, prepare monthly financial statements and insights, process payroll and ensure compliance, coordinate with CPAs, communicate with clients, and manage multiple priorities remotely.

Provide remote virtual administrative and operational support for 2-5 clients. Manage and execute projects, scheduling, email, lead conversion, research, and data entry. Meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, use web-based apps and AI tools, and communicate effectively across varied client personalities.

Provide virtual assistant and project management support for 2-5 ongoing clients: scheduling, emailing, lead conversion, research, data entry, meeting deadlines, adapting to changing priorities, and implementing solutions independently. Work is 100% remote with flexible weekday availability and emphasis on Houzz Pro experience.
