Support and co-lead Teen Center programs for ages 14–21: supervise groups, mentor members, coordinate internships and career workshops, conduct outreach and placements, collaborate on program design, manage behavior, attend trainings, and provide academic and emotional support.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities for a group of 7–10-year-old boys (10–21 members). Plan and facilitate age-appropriate curriculum, manage behavior, assist with set-up/clean-up and transportation, support volunteers and program assistants, attend trainings, and ensure member safety and engagement.

Plan and deliver homework help and academic programs for youth, tutor and run small-group clubs, track student progress and attendance, maintain the library/learning center, prepare lesson materials, support program development, enforce behavior standards, and communicate regularly with the Education Director.

Teach visual arts to groups of 5–15 boys (ages 6–12) through studio projects (painting, sculpture, illustration, graphic design, video). Plan lessons, manage classroom safety and behavior, assess progress, prepare reports and lesson plans, maintain materials, and support setup/cleanup and transportation. Engage youth to build confidence and self-expression.

Assist in planning and supervising combined academic, social, health, and recreational activities for youth. Support lesson facilitation, manage member movement and behavior, maintain materials and spaces, report incidents, attend required trainings, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure member safety and positive interactions.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities for a group of 10-21 boys (ages 7-10), plan and run age-appropriate curriculum and games, manage behavior, assist staff and volunteers, handle setup/cleanup and transportation, maintain materials, and attend required trainings.

Lead studio art classes (sculpture, painting, illustration, graphic design, iMovie) for boys ages 6–12. Plan lessons, teach techniques, assess progress, manage setup/cleanup, enforce safety, submit reports, and engage youth to encourage positive behavior.

Support and implement youth fitness and recreation programming, oversee gym operations and safety, lead group and individual activities, apply behavior management strategies, attend meetings/trainings, and perform other duties to promote member engagement and well-being.

Support clubhouse operations during program hours by supervising and engaging youth, recording attendance and ratios, leading activities and tours, maintaining program areas and materials, applying behavior management, and participating in trainings. Provide visitor relations and perform other assigned operational duties.

Supervise and mentor a group of 10–21 boys (ages 10–12), plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and curriculum, ensure safety, assist part-time staff, complete program reports, and maintain program materials and transportation support.

Support daily clubhouse operations: supervise and engage youth, record attendance and ratio counts, provide tours, monitor program areas, assist with activities (indoor/outdoor), organize materials, apply behavior management strategies, attend required trainings, and perform other duties to ensure member safety and program efficiency.

Provide homework help and academic support to groups of ~10 Boys' Club members (grades 1–7). Track attendance and progress, reinforce positive behavior, report incidents, attend trainings, and build relationships with members, families, and staff.

Lead development, administration, and evaluation of programs for boys ages 6–9. Plan and facilitate age-specific activities, supervise part-time staff and volunteers, manage schedules and budgets, ensure member safety, track program data, engage families and community, and provide staff training and development.

Lead hands-on visual art classes (sculpture, painting, illustration, digital media) for boys ages 6–12. Design projects, demonstrate techniques, manage studio setup and safety, mentor participants, document activities, and support program development and material requests.

Plan and deliver homework help, tutoring, and academic programs for youth; track attendance and progress; develop lesson materials; supervise study hall; manage library and learning center; assist with outreach, program evaluation, and behavior management while reporting to the Education Director.

Support social and academic development of boys ages 7–12 by co-leading programs, mentoring members, conducting outreach and recruitment, assisting program design, providing referrals and behavior management, attending trainings, and participating in off-site and weekend activities.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Office: manage calendar, communications, travel and expense documentation, board and meeting logistics, office administration, filing and version control, and external inquiries. Maintain organized systems, coordinate vendors and facilities, and support events and stakeholder communications with discretion and professionalism.
