Oversee and evaluate youth clubhouse programs, instructional departments, staff, volunteers, budgets, schedules, compliance, and community partnerships. Develop culturally responsive programming, staff training, mentoring, and performance processes while ensuring member safety, engagement, and developmental needs are met. Coordinate with families, schools, regulatory agencies, and organizational leadership to maintain program quality, compliance, and effective services for boys and young men.

Leads social-emotional learning and specialty programming for youth at a community clubhouse. Designs age-appropriate programs, develops individual support plans, mentors members, coordinates with families and community partners, trains staff in restorative practices, maintains records, manages instructors and budgets, and supports inclusive youth development initiatives.

Manages youth development programs for boys ages 10–12, including planning activities, supervising staff and volunteers, maintaining a safe program environment, coordinating events, supporting member and family needs, collecting data, managing the budget, purchasing supplies, and conducting community outreach. The role also leads staff training, scheduling, performance management, and policy compliance while collaborating with clubhouse and program development teams.
