The Center for Family Support (CFS) is a nonprofit human-services organization serving individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities in New York and New Jersey. It provides personalized, person-centered support services and programs designed to help participants grow, learn, thrive, and live fully in their communities. CFS also supports families and operates residential and other community-based services across both states.
