Assists Recreation Specialists with social, educational, and recreational programs for youth during after-school and summer camp programs. Promotes participation, maintains supplies and equipment, supervises participants, manages behavior, and supports program development.

Develops and coordinates individualized educational plans for foster youth from pre-K through middle school. Responsibilities include arranging school placements, transportation, tutoring, enrichment services, and supplemental education. Collaborates with caseworkers, social workers, coaches, and behavioral specialists while advocating for students’ educational needs.

Provides strength-based, short-term Functional Family-Child Welfare interventions for families in community-based preventive programs. Assesses family risk and protective factors, addresses interpersonal and environmental influences, supports family preservation, and performs intensive case-planning responsibilities. Collaborates with families and relevant service systems to promote positive outcomes.
