Teams at The Children's Village

Provide case management for youth in the Supervised Independent Living Program, offering counseling, concrete services, resources, and aftercare. Manage a caseload, complete timely ACS/OCFS/court documentation, collaborate with the SILP team, and support improved outcomes and independent living goals for residents.

Support the Site Coordinator in planning and running after-school activities, supervise and support students, ensure safety, help prepare projects and presentations, and maintain clear reports and communication.

Supervise sociotherapists to ensure high-quality clinical services, crisis intervention, behavioral management, and therapeutic support for youth and caregivers. Provide individual, family, and group therapy and clinical supervision focused on intervention skills, documentation, billing compliance, and developmental supports. Flexible hours to meet client needs.
