Directs daily operations of a 255-unit permanent supportive housing program, overseeing staff, residents, clinical and residential services, budgets, contracts, compliance, reporting, intake, quality assurance, and crisis response. Supervises clinical staff, ensures effective case management, conducts audits and evaluations, leads meetings and trainings, and maintains relationships with agencies and community organizations. The role requires experience supporting people experiencing homelessness, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, and mental illness.

Manage a caseload of clients in the RWA program, coordinate referrals to mental health, substance recovery, benefits, and primary care, maintain case documentation, facilitate groups, provide crisis intervention, liaise with DHS and other agencies, and support client goal-setting toward employment, housing, and program completion.

Supervise client movement and meals, manage admissions supplies and OMNY card distribution, inspect and maintain facility and trainee rooms, coordinate rubbish/snow removal, train cleaning/laundry crews, document incidents, and request necessary supplies. Provide supportive services to residents of a transitional housing program.
