Senior executive leading People Operations and Social Enterprise across a large nonprofit. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership coaching, HR systems and policies, enterprise staffing and financial viability, operational procedures, KPI reporting, and external relationship management. The role partners across departments to support organizational growth, inclusive culture, accountability, and mission-driven revenue generation.

Track trainee attendance and work hours, enter data into pay system, file timesheets and reports, resolve pay/PTO discrepancies, generate memos and crew lists, assist dispatch, and communicate with supervisors, program directors, and finance.
