Supervise case managers and manage a small caseload in the Supervised Release Program. Conduct intakes and assessments, develop individualized service plans, provide counseling, referrals, appointment reminders, crisis intervention, court appearance monitoring, data entry, and collaborate with court advocates and community partners to support justice-involved participants.

Provide pre- and post-release employment counseling, job search assistance, employer outreach and placement support for justice-involved individuals. Maintain records in Case Worthy, track outcomes, deliver job readiness training, collaborate with DOC and internal teams, and provide post-placement retention support.

Recruit, screen, enroll and oversee participants in a transitional work program; co-facilitate job clubs and orientations; document retention outcomes and maintain accurate participant records; liaise with employers and referral partners; coach participants, resolve workplace issues, and support data quality and incentive distribution.

Lead internal program audits and chart/documentation reviews, report findings, and partner with program leaders to implement corrective actions. Develop QA tools, maintain audit records, support CQI initiatives, ensure data integrity for reporting, assist with funder/regulatory preparedness, and conduct special reviews as requested.

Support communications by creating and scheduling social media content, designing graphics and print materials, photographing and editing photo/video, managing email newsletters, analyzing engagement, maintaining calendars and shared assets, and assisting with events and website updates.

Provide strategic leadership for communications, branding, media relations, digital engagement, and executive messaging. Oversee communications staff and consultants, produce publications and donor communications, support individual giving and major donor cultivation, and collaborate with senior leadership to grow Fortune's public profile and philanthropic support.

Support Communications Manager to identify and pitch stories, draft and edit blog/news content, manage editorial calendar and website press content, attend events for interviews/photography, assist newsletters and annual report, and coordinate media outreach and shared department assets.

Provide intake, assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and case management for formerly incarcerated and homeless clients. Create treatment plans, assist with benefits and housing applications, coordinate referrals, document services in databases, facilitate groups, perform room inspections, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support client housing stability and reentry goals.

Provide clinical and administrative oversight of substance use disorder services, supervise staff, ensure trauma-informed, person-centered treatment, monitor participant progress and documentation, coordinate integrated care, support onboarding/training, assist with audits and quality improvement, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Support program evaluation and quality improvement by collecting and analyzing data, developing CQI/QA systems, creating evaluation designs and tools, monitoring performance, coordinating with IT for reporting, supporting audits, and producing recommendations to improve program effectiveness and reporting.

Research and analyze funding opportunities (government, foundation, corporate); lead and draft grant proposals, budgets, and attachments; manage proposal schedules and internal stakeholders; coordinate reports and funder communications; develop fundraising materials and strategies; build expertise in reentry program areas and support Development department goals.

Lead Fortune's technology strategy and operations, oversee IT services, integrations, EHR and case management systems, data governance, cybersecurity, budgets, vendor relationships, and an IT leadership team to support organizational goals and reporting.

Provide one-on-one employment counseling, job search support, resume/interview coaching, employer outreach and placement services for justice-involved clients. Track outcomes in Case Worthy, provide post-placement retention support, conduct employer engagement events, use trauma-informed practices, and participate in workforce trainings and team planning to improve job placement and retention.

Provide group facilitation for Abusive Partner Intervention, deliver individual case management and treatment planning, conduct assessments and toxicology screenings, manage documentation and court reports, monitor attendance and compliance, make community referrals, perform chart audits, and support team members to maintain program standards.

Lead and facilitate job readiness and soft-skills workshops, implement experiential learning activities, help participants build work readiness portfolios, conduct cognitive behavioral interventions, monitor and document attendance and progress, collaborate with case managers and partners, maintain digital and physical participant files, input data into Caseworthy, and support recruitment, mock interviews, and follow-up services.

Provide case management and counseling to formerly incarcerated, homeless, or at-risk residents. Screen, assess, develop treatment plans, facilitate individual and group sessions, link clients to community resources, maintain records and interagency liaisons, write court reports, and perform urinalysis under Program Director supervision.

Facilitate evidence-based workshops and complete individualized discharge/transition plans for incarcerated participants; coordinate with internal staff and community providers, enter program data, monitor confidentiality and safety, and support participants' successful reentry into community or alternative placements.
