Facilitate Abusive Partner Intervention groups and provide case management including individual sessions, treatment plans, referrals, court reporting, attendance monitoring, toxicology testing, data entry, chart audits, and interagency case conferences. Provide one-on-one case management and retention services for participants in the CRED employment program. Partner with hiring managers, ensure compliant requisitions and background screenings, maintain recruitment data and dashboards, train managers on best practices, coordinate orientation, and improve candidate experience aligned with Fortune's mission.

Provide community development and engagement for formerly incarcerated seniors: coordinate programs, facilitate groups (financial literacy, wellness, arts), connect residents to services, build external partnerships, assist with referrals, and support the Senior Housing team to prevent isolation and maintain health and wellness.

Provide non-clinical peer recovery support, advocacy, and resource navigation for justice-impacted tenants with substance use disorders. Assist in developing recovery plans, accompany clients to appointments and court, support re-engagement in services, maintain clinical records, and build community partnerships to secure stable housing.

Run and maintain reports and analyses using the agency MIS and external databases; manage referrals and chart reviews; track performance metrics and forecast outcomes; coordinate with EQI and IT to develop measurement tools; produce board and executive reports; perform quality assurance, staff training, and ad hoc data projects to inform program operations.

Provide comprehensive reentry case management for formerly incarcerated individuals: conduct assessments and orientations, deliver work-readiness coaching and group workshops, manage a caseload (20–30/month), document interactions in Caseworthy/SharePoint, coordinate referrals for housing, treatment, and employment, and perform outreach for up to two years post-program.

Provide participant-centered screenings at Bronx Criminal Court to identify women needing mental health, substance use, or trafficking-related interventions; make real-time referrals, maintain referral tracking and GPRA data, liaise with court staff and treatment providers, and support program data reporting and occasional on-call coverage.

Facilitate Abusive Partner Intervention groups, provide individual case management and treatment planning, conduct assessments and toxicology screenings, maintain accurate documentation and court reports, supervise and mentor APIP staff, coordinate referrals, attend case conferences, and support program integrity and data entry.

Implement and monitor safety protocols for the Atlas HOPE program, perform wanding and weapon detection, develop participant and staff safety plans, train and mentor on de-escalation and violence interruption, respond to crises and provide first aid, maintain incident reports and site logs, and coordinate with leadership and community partners.

Provide intake, assessments, individualized treatment plans, counseling, crisis intervention, and coordinate transitional and permanent housing for justice-involved and homeless clients. Document services, assist with benefits and housing paperwork, facilitate groups, perform room inspections and urine specimen collection, and collaborate with internal teams and referral agencies.

Oversee Fortune's CRED program operations, staff supervision, outreach and retention, data collection and reporting, budget and resource management, and external partnerships to support participant employment and wraparound services.

Provide intake, assessments, individualized case management, counseling, referrals, and crisis intervention for justice-involved individuals. Facilitate Cognitive Behavioral Intervention groups, conduct toxicology as needed, maintain accurate client data and reports, coordinate with stakeholders (parole, DA, community partners), lead case conferences, and monitor client compliance and progress.

Coordinate and manage the Queens County Reentry Taskforce, serve as primary liaison with DOCCS and DCJS, schedule and facilitate meetings and orientations, oversee case management staff, ensure submission of required reports and compliance with contractual milestones, coordinate service delivery and outreach, and notify stakeholders of barriers or critical incidents.

Provide career counseling and job placement services to incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, build employer relationships, create job leads and employer events, track placements and outcomes in CaseWorthy, provide post-placement retention support, and collaborate with internal teams and NYC DOC staff to support reentry and employment retention.

Provide intakes and manage a caseload of justice-involved participants, deliver individual sessions and group facilitation, develop treatment plans, document progress for court reports, coordinate referrals and toxicology tracking, perform data entry, engage in outreach and mentoring using lived experience, and collaborate across departments to support participant compliance and reentry goals.

Supervise and oversee substance use disorder services, ensuring trauma-informed, recovery-oriented counseling, documentation, staff supervision, training, quality improvement, and integration with mental health, housing, and case management supports.

Support Senior Controller and Director of Accounting to maintain internal controls, manage month-end close, oversee payroll/accounts payable backups, assist with government grants/contracts and claims, coordinate audits and tax filings (Form 990/1099), manage cash, property rental portfolio, insurance and retirement plans, and supervise accounting staff and vendors.

Provide intake, assessments, individual counseling and case management for justice-involved clients; develop treatment plans, make referrals, facilitate Cognitive Behavioral Intervention (CBI) groups, maintain accurate data entry, monitor compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and report client progress to the Queens County Reentry Taskforce.
