Facilitate Abusive Partner Intervention groups and provide case management including individual sessions, treatment plans, referrals, court reporting, attendance monitoring, toxicology testing, data entry, chart audits, and interagency case conferences. Support participant engagement and professional development while maintaining program standards.

Provide one-on-one case management and retention services for participants in the CRED employment program. Manage a caseload of 20–30, conduct assessments, facilitate group workshops (CBI, motivational interviewing), support job readiness and placement, maintain accurate documentation in SharePoint and Caseworthy, perform outreach up to two years post-program, and coordinate referrals to housing, mental health, and other wraparound supports.

Provide one-on-one case management and employment support for participants in the CRED program: assess needs, maintain a caseload (20–30/month), document interactions, coordinate referrals to housing/treatment/employment, facilitate workshops, conduct outreach up to two years post-workshop, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support participant retention and career planning.
