Perform routine building checks and mechanical maintenance including monitoring and adjusting BMS, HVAC, chillers, steam, pumps and compressed air systems. Replace filters and belts, clean coils and towers, lubricate and repair equipment, troubleshoot leaks, maintain plumbing and fixtures, assist with moving equipment and artwork, and perform general facility upkeep including snow/ice removal.

Retrieve and re-shelve requested items; process incoming/outgoing off-site requests; move book trucks and lift items up to 25 lbs.; clean and shift stacks; check call/order numbers; barcode, label, and update records in the library system; maintain reading-room shelves; assist with library projects, programs, and events.

Audit and remediate web and digital content for WCAG/ADA compliance. Perform assistive-technology and keyboard-only user testing, identify accessibility issues, implement fixes, and integrate accessibility into processes. Support web team projects using Drupal, CMS and e-commerce platforms, remediate documents and forms, document issues, and train non-technical staff to ensure inclusive user experiences.
