Lead inbound business development and manage RFP intake, qualifying opportunities, coordinating proposals with design and production, and maintaining pipeline. Provide strategic production guidance on select projects, support vendor coordination and procurement, develop pitch materials and budgets, and ensure smooth handoffs from proposal to execution.

Support multi-entity accounting operations including cashbook and bank reconciliations, AP/AR, invoicing, intercompany/project accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and stakeholder communications. Maintain documentation, trackers, and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

Serve as primary strategic partner and lead client relationships for social and digital campaigns. Oversee content strategy, production, budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional teams. Drive U.S. business development, identify growth opportunities, manage financial margins, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
