Leads complex commercial furniture projects from proposal through closeout, managing scope, schedules, logistics, budgets, risks, documentation, site conditions, installations, vendors, contractors, and client communications. Coordinates internal teams and external stakeholders, reviews plans, supervises delivery and installation activities, tracks change orders and punch lists, and ensures compliance with building, prevailing wage, and project requirements.

Manages client accounts and cross-functional project teams throughout the sales and project lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, leading RFPs, preparing proposals and quotes, managing contracts and work orders, overseeing project implementation, resolving scope changes, coordinating internal teams and vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue goals. The role also provides mentorship and requires occasional site and construction meeting participation.
