Manage email and SMS lifecycle marketing across client accounts: write and traffic briefs, build/QA/deploy campaigns and flows in Klaviyo and other ESPs, troubleshoot rendering and deliverability, analyze KPIs regularly, monitor triggers/segments, own task management and client files, and advise stakeholders on CRM best practices.

Lead end-to-end recruiting for manager-to-VP roles across paid media, CRM, performance creative, and growth teams. Partner with division leads to scope roles, build talent maps, run proactive sourcing, manage candidate experience, negotiate offers, maintain ATS data (Ashby), and report on hiring metrics. Coach interviewers and represent the employer brand in the market.

Manage CRM strategy and client relationships across 6+ DTC accounts. Own end-to-end email production, segmentation, deployment, and QA. Build and optimize omnichannel retention programs (subscription, loyalty, referral), analyze reporting, recommend optimizations, and mentor 1-2 CRM analysts. Stay current on email best practices and coordinate with creative and e-commerce teams to drive retention and lifetime value.
