Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines clients, serving as the primary service contact and trusted insurance advisor. Review coverage programs, identify risks and gaps, recommend solutions, coordinate renewals and policy changes, communicate with carriers, and maintain accurate account records. The role requires strong relationship management, knowledge of complex personal insurance programs, and an active Property and Casualty license. Experience with affluent clients, specialized coverage, AMS360, or Applied Epic is preferred.
