An established, growth-oriented independent insurance agency is hiring a High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Executive to support a sophisticated private-client book.
This is a service-first role for someone who knows how to advise affluent households on complex personal insurance programs, manage sensitive client relationships, and handle nuanced coverage conversations with confidence.
You will work directly with high-net-worth clients and carrier partners, overseeing renewals, endorsements, coverage reviews, and day-to-day account servicing. The environment is collaborative, high-touch, and built for people who can think independently, communicate clearly, and step into complex client situations without heavy ramp time.
What You'll Do
- Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth personal lines clients.
- Review coverage structures and identify gaps, exposures, and risk-management needs.
- Handle renewals, policy changes, endorsements, remarketing, and carrier coordination.
- Advise clients on complex coverages including umbrella, valuable articles, household workers compensation, and specialty exposures.
- Maintain strong documentation and account activity within the agency management system.
- Partner with internal teammates, underwriters, and wholesalers to deliver white-glove service.
What They're Looking For
- Active New York Property & Casualty license.
- High-net-worth personal lines servicing experience.
- Strong client communication skills and confidence with complex coverage discussions.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving office environment with limited hand-holding.
- Experience with AMS360 preferred; Applied Epic is also relevant.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Growth hire, not a backfill.
- Sophisticated affluent-client work with meaningful complexity.
- Strong compensation for the right person.
- 100% employer-paid benefits and a stable long-term platform.
