Teams at The New Terminal One

Lead terminal and airside operations at JFK’s New Terminal One, overseeing the ITOCC and Virtual Apron Control Room. Manage operational disruptions, emergencies, guest experience, capacity planning, safety compliance, training, staffing, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement. Serve as Incident Commander during emergency activations and coordinate with airlines, government agencies, concessionaires, and business partners. Develop procedures, analyze performance data, maintain regulatory compliance, and mentor operational teams in a complex aviation environment.

Supports financial modeling, project financing, capital markets transactions, risk management, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for a major airport terminal development. Prepares analyses and presentations for executives, lenders, investors, rating agencies, and shareholders; monitors covenants, funding, costs, schedules, and project economics; coordinates cross-functional workstreams and external advisors.

Lead month-end close processes, prepare financial statements and variance analyses, reconcile complex accounts, maintain GAAP and internal-control compliance, and support internal and external audits. The role also improves accounting procedures, streamlines processes through technology, prepares stakeholder reports, and conducts ad hoc financial analysis. It is an onsite position at JFK requiring a SIDA badge, CBP seal, background screening, and adherence to construction-site safety requirements.
