Oversee financial reporting, statement preparation, regulatory compliance, audits, financial controls, and quarterly and annual reporting. Build and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and RaaS outputs, including testing during system releases. Lead reporting process improvements, support closing activities, gather business requirements, and ensure accurate, efficient reporting. Partner with internal teams and leadership while applying GAAP, financial modeling, forecasting, analytics, and reporting governance practices.

Own the organization’s end-to-end YouTube strategy, including channel architecture, content cadence, audience growth, editorial direction, packaging, analytics, experimentation, and monetization. The role partners with production, creative, marketing, social, and partnerships teams; develops growth playbooks and performance reporting; identifies revenue opportunities; tracks platform and creator trends; and coaches teams on YouTube best practices.
