Teams at The Recording Academy

Paid fall internship (Sept–Dec) for college juniors/seniors (20–24 hrs/week). Support the NY Chapter with event management, artist relations, membership recruitment, database management, newsletters, demographics analysis, and general administrative office tasks. Requires college-credit approval and availability for some evenings and weekends.

Develop and sell sponsorship programs across the Recording Academy portfolio. Create pitch decks, budgets, and forecasts; build and manage partner relationships; collaborate with internal teams on creative execution and contracts; meet or exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
