Provides strategic HR partnership to leaders and dental practices, overseeing employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, onboarding, compliance, engagement, workforce planning, and HR analytics. Advises on employment policies, investigations, coaching, organizational change, and process improvement while reporting workforce insights to leadership. The role requires onsite work Mondays and Tuesdays in Great Neck, plus occasional regional travel.
