The Growth Marketing Specialist will execute paid, owned, email, SMS, content, digital, community, sponsorship, and partnership marketing programs for dental offices. Responsibilities include managing digital channels, producing campaigns, improving patient acquisition and conversion, coordinating agencies and vendors, leveraging AI, supporting local office teams, and ensuring consistent brand execution. The hybrid role is based in Great Neck, New York, with onsite work Mondays and Tuesdays.

Recruit General Dentists across multiple states by managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing passive candidates, maintaining ATS data, communicating the employer value proposition, and partnering with dental leadership. Build candidate pipelines through social media, job boards, events, residency programs, and dental societies. Track recruitment metrics, provide weekly updates, and ensure a strong candidate experience through hiring and onboarding handoffs.
