Leads the design, development, deployment, governance, and support of secure enterprise applications supporting clinical research operations. Establishes SDLC, CI/CD, testing, release, documentation, and compliance practices; guides AI-assisted development; partners on architecture and infrastructure; supports validation and audits; and manages, mentors, and grows the software engineering team.
