Supports site safety managers on construction projects by conducting field safety walks, assisting with employee orientations, completing incident reports, monitoring jobsite safety and health, and coordinating safety programs with subcontractors. The internship lasts at least 12 weeks and provides exposure to career paths, training, and potential relocation opportunities.

Interns support transportation construction projects through project coordination, estimating change orders, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, document control, safety management, meetings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. The program provides hands-on experience in project engineering, field management, estimating, and preconstruction, with potential travel across the United States and preparation for full-time employment after graduation.
