Manage a high-volume caseload of New York personal injury matters from intake through settlement or litigation transition. Responsibilities include client communication, medical record and lien coordination, deadline monitoring, settlement documentation, insurance communications, litigation support, NYSCEF filings, case-system updates, audits, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires strong knowledge of New York personal injury procedures, No-Fault requirements, CPLR deadlines, and settlement processes.

Leads enterprise marketing strategy, brand expansion, client acquisition, and multi-state growth for a personal injury law firm. Oversees a 15+ person marketing organization, full-funnel campaigns, analytics, attribution, technology, budgets exceeding $10 million, vendors, geographic expansion, multicultural outreach, and executive reporting. Partners cross-functionally to improve lead conversion, signed cases, client experience, and return on marketing investment.

Serve as first chair on high-value plaintiff personal injury cases in New York state and federal courts, handling trial strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, expert witnesses, damages, negotiations, and verdicts. Mentor junior attorneys, supervise litigation work, communicate with clients, and ensure compliance with court rules and professional standards.
