Leads and independently delivers complex control system integration projects, including design, instrumentation specifications, HMI and PLC applications, IT and network infrastructure, commissioning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication. Mentors team members, oversees project-site personnel when needed, ensures quality and customer satisfaction, and may participate in on-call rotations and overnight travel up to 50%.

Lead a portfolio of control-systems projects, accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction. Mentor Project Managers, resolve escalations, approve forecasts and financials, ensure QMS and contract alignment, drive risk mitigation, and maintain stakeholder relationships while supporting resource planning and change management.

Lead small-to-mid control systems projects from design through commissioning and FAT. Support commissioning, troubleshooting, validation, and documentation. Develop and enforce engineering standards, perform internal audits, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with stakeholders to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.
