Creates and executes social-first beauty content for Dermstore, including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and copywriting. Monitors social trends, supports shoots and campaign planning, manages production timelines, analyzes performance, and optimizes content. Collaborates with creative, brand, and marketing teams while occasionally appearing on camera and serving as a brand voice.

Leads Dermstore’s global CRM, lifecycle, and retention marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, direct mail, loyalty, and subscription programs. Owns customer data, segmentation, cohort analytics, personalization, incrementality testing, retention reporting, CRM technology, and Listrak platform strategy. Partners cross-functionally to align acquisition and retention efforts, manages CRM budgets and infrastructure, and develops the CRM team through hands-on leadership and mentorship.

Drive profitable growth for ESPA’s professional spa business across the Americas by managing luxury spa, hotel, resort, and wellness accounts; acquiring new business; developing commercial plans; analyzing performance; coordinating training and product launches; maintaining CRM pipelines and forecasts; and representing the brand at industry events. The role requires frequent regional travel, strong relationship management, sales, presentation, negotiation, and spa-industry knowledge.
