Lead the technical direction and evolution of Noetica’s data platform, architecting scalable pipelines and storage systems for high-volume legal and financial data. The role owns platform strategy, governance, privacy, compliance, reliability, and security; partners with AI and machine learning teams; mentors engineers; guides architecture decisions; and remains hands-on building critical production systems.

Lead the President’s strategic agenda, operating rhythm, executive communications, and cross-functional execution. Represent the President with internal and external stakeholders, prepare board and leadership meetings, track decisions and action items, interpret business metrics, identify organizational risks and opportunities, and support customer and partner relationships. The role also involves periodic travel, confidential judgment, team building, and collaboration with product, engineering, communications, investor relations, and PR teams.

The Director of Workflow Engineering will lead ServiceNow architecture, develop AI-driven workflows, oversee automation, and ensure compliance with ITSM policies to enhance operational efficiency.
