Lead technical vision and delivery of AI-powered search, retrieval, RAG, and knowledge systems. Design retrieval architectures (embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, knowledge graphs), establish evaluation benchmarks, partner with Product and Engineering to productionize solutions, and mentor scientists and engineers while shaping AI strategy and roadmap.

Lead product execution for the CoCounsel Legal Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team. Drive customer engagement and use-case discovery with legal stakeholders, maintain and prioritize backlogs across FDE engagements, manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to hand-off, and identify opportunities to productize bespoke customer work into scalable AI capabilities while coordinating with engineers and core product teams.

Lead strategic and commercial development of Reuters NEXT, growing it as a global, year‑round journalism and events platform. Oversee editorial alignment, new market launches, membership/community development, revenue generation, partnerships, and product/format innovation. Manage and develop a global team and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver events, budgets, and exceptional audience and sponsor outcomes.
