The Forward Deployed Engineer collaborates with client engineering teams to implement and enhance Thought Machine Vault products, ensuring technical success and smooth delivery. Responsibilities include writing production-quality code, integrating with various systems, addressing technical issues, and providing input for product improvements, while maintaining client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.

Own new-business sales within AMER for Tier 2-5 banks: generate and qualify leads, build stakeholder consensus, exceed software licensing and services targets, collaborate with sales engineering and marketing, and design regional expansion and go-to-market plans to scale growth among mid-market and challenger banks.

Consult with banks on Vault-based core banking and payments modernisation across pre-sales and delivery. Design target architectures, migrations, and transition states; present to senior stakeholders, create client collateral, deliver training, and feedback product requirements. Use AI agents to accelerate architectural deliverables.
