Designs, deploys, optimizes, and troubleshoots cloud infrastructure for Thought Machine Vault implementations. Works directly with client engineering teams across the full project lifecycle, including infrastructure planning, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, security, deployment, and production support. Advises clients during presales, collaborates with product and engineering teams, and provides infrastructure consulting across client, SaaS, and internal environments. Travel to client sites may reach 25% of the time.
