Lead enterprise-wide learning strategy, scale L&D programs, manage the learning technology stack (LMS/LXP/virtual classrooms/AI tools), oversee budget and vendors, define KPIs and analytics to measure ROI, ensure platform adoption, and partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to align learning with talent and business goals.

Provide high-level onsite executive administrative support including calendar and travel management, expense reporting, meeting and event coordination, facilities liaison, document preparation, and ad-hoc project work. Act as primary contact for executives, collaborate with administrative team, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Lead investment accountant responsible for reviewing GAAP workpapers, guiding month-end and quarterly closes, preparing fund financial statements, analyzing portfolio returns and IRRs, advising on accounting conversions from modified cash to accrual, managing reporting processes, and mentoring a global accounting team while supporting audits and valuation oversight.
