Lead end-to-end delivery and operations of D&CX horizontal capabilities (Ethos, tagging). Balance new feature delivery, BAU health, multi-horizon planning, stakeholder updates, issue resolution, governance, and cross-functional partnership to ensure consistent, measurable digital experiences across the enterprise.

Manage and deepen relationships with a book of high-net-worth clients, deliver tailored investment and retirement strategies as a fiduciary, collaborate with specialists, proactively grow the practice through client engagement and TIAA offerings, and maintain required securities and insurance licenses.
