Provides L2 and L3 application support for high-volume credit analytics and portfolio management applications. Troubleshoots end-to-end data flows, resolves bugs, develops enhancements, supports cloud migrations, and coordinates integration testing, UAT, builds, and deployments. Collaborates with operations, infrastructure, business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams while documenting workflows, preparing technical designs, and estimating work for deployment planning. The role requires application support, Snowflake, AWS, and trading-environment experience.

Supports investment operations strategy and transformation initiatives across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives. Responsibilities include business requirements gathering, process mapping, test case development, UAT, defect tracking, automation and AI workflow implementation, operational risk identification, issue triage, process improvement, and development of new operational capabilities. The role also supports due diligence for new markets and investment instruments.

Administer Nuveen’s global privacy and records management programs, including privacy governance, data inventories, data mapping, DPIAs, regulatory examinations, audits, remediation, records retention, destruction activities, certifications, and reporting. The role coordinates stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Technology, Information Security, and business teams while supporting program training, documentation, metrics, continuous improvement, and emerging technology reviews.
