The Agentic AI Lead will design AI-first processes, lead innovation projects, drive cultural change, and partner with leaders to transform operations at Tilt.

Lead US accounting operations and month-end close, build accounting infrastructure for IPO readiness, implement internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting, manage and mentor accountants, champion automation and SQL-driven workflows, and liaise with auditors, regulators, and investors.

Own and improve the iOS experience for Tilt's credit products, driving application-to-activation funnel improvements through experimentation, A/B testing, and analytics. Collaborate with design, product, data science, and backend teams, ensure regulatory precision in implementations, and grow into full iOS ownership while supporting cross-platform initiatives and attending biannual company offsites.
