Commitment to Mental Health Life is never easy and we understand it’s been especially challenging of late. Our commitment to mental health is serious. We offer employees multiple avenues to talk, learn, process, and decompress, all of them free. The Listeners on Call platform connects employees to mental health professionals. Our Employee Assistance Program includes five consultations with licensed counselors. Telemental health provides up to 10 free therapy sessions with licensed counselors and therapists. And all Tinuitians also get a membership to HealBright, which offers online courses that make emotional wellness accessible and engaging. Parental Benefits We expanded parental leave benefits for secondary caregivers from 6 weeks to 12 weeks of paid leave and partnered with Carrot to offer employees up to $10,000 in lifetime fertility healthcare and family-forming benefits. Within a week of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, we created a new policy to support any employee forced to travel out of state to secure safe medical procedures unavailable in their home state.
